Removing HTML for article descriptions in submit window

Hi Is there an option for remvoving html like links from the description text box in article submit window? I read somewhere that in nominate admin panel there should be an option for post settings in nominte settings menu to remove this.. but I don;t seem to have that option? I don't see the option in settings.. Just bought and downloaded last night.. Lee |

Hi there The article submission box already strips html from the articles submitted. I have a feeling a few elements are allowed, and links are one of them. I think you may be right that they should be stripped as well, and will consider this for a future update. Was there anything else you think should be removed? |

I just want to switch off the options above the posting box for article description.. at the moment a user can add links into his text.. But I'd like to disable that option... or all of them.. |

If it's not possible from admin.. which file should I be looking at to modify the post pop up box? Pretty sure I can work it out without waiting for update.. :) Thanks. Lee |

The code is in functions.php - just search for strip_tags (I think :)) |

Hey Holger - I need to remember to do this. Updates have been held up recently since I have been working with Darren on Mimbo Pro 3 - I will try to remember to add this in tomorrow so that it goes out in the next update. |

OK. Just post an update here when you have done the update. Otherwise i will remember you in a few weeks in case you forgot it :) |

ok - I changed this in the dev release so it will go out the next time I update the themes. Probably in a week or so. |
