Hi, Ben! Hope you had a great holiday, and that 2012 will bring great succcess! I have a question about the featured article (I use Mimbo pro latest version no customizations) and if it would be possible in an easy way to insert a video instead of a picture in the image container of the post? I think that a powerful video presentation of the site would be very powerful in that position, since it is the first image people see when they enter the home page. But is it doable? |

Hi there. Something like this is definitely possible. You would need to modify the index template to include the video. I'm not sure how you would make this dynamic. I guess you could do it with a custom field with the video details in. If there's a video then display that - if not then work as normal (grab thumbnail etc). |

Okay, thanks! Sounds good, but I do not speak code so will need to hire someone in the near future to do this for me. :-) No biggy though. |
