Hi, I migrated to a new server, and all my images are no longer displayed. Please see http://www.ramadan.co.za |

Hi - sorry to hear you're having problems. I checked your site and am not sure what the problem could be at the moment since it looks set up correctly. Would you mind updating TimThumb - you're using a version that is a little out of date and the latest version has had a few bug fixes that may help added. You can get the latest version here: http://timthumb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/timthumb.php |

I have updated, however there is still an issue. |

Thanks - that helps a little. If you now right click one of the images and open it in a new tab then you can see the errors that are stopping the image from resizing. In this instance you have a server setting that is stopping the image from resizing: If you could contact me through the helpdesk - and send me ftp information for your site, then I would be happy to take a look and see if I can work out what isn't working. |

Ok, it works once you register. There are 3 different login's for your themes. Really inefficient (1 to download files, 1 to post on this form and another for support. ) Also the support registration does not work with emails with few then 7 characters in the name, a silly constraint since it's extremely easy to have an email address with few then 7 characters in the username. |

I know about the problems with the logins. It's a side effect of being a teeny tiny operation and not being able to pull everything under 1 roof. I do have plans to do something about it, but it all takes work so I don't know when it will happen :( I assure you it's as frustrating for me as it is for you (I have to do all the logging in and out as well). Anyway - I replied to your issue on the helpdesk. |
