How to insert my Header image / logo - it appears twice like a tile?

Hi Ben and guys,

How do I insert my header image / logo as it always comes like a tile - see http://donatesponsor.org/

I'm using this header image - http://donatesponsor.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/donate-sponsor-org-logo-960-100.gif

Have tried an 88px high image, have tried putting header height at 88px, 100px, still comes like this

Currently on the header settings I have:
Display header as text - unchecked
Hide header title - checked
display header tag line - unchecked

I re-downloaded and updated the themes but it still appears tiled in the header when I use "reddit" site style

UPDATE - I changed from reddit site style to default and it works
Would really like it working with the reddit style too though?

Also even with default style still having bugs - only works on the home page, when I view another page on the site now the nominate logo appears over the top of my donatesponsor header?!

Running latest version WordPress 3.3.1
Would really appreciate some help?
