Formatting Post

I am having trouble with the post on the front page and also the full post (page)

the image shows up on the right. I want the image to go all the way to the left with the text to the right like it shows on the snapshot of the Template. ( the Wilco Post)

I just updated the post with a tag pointing to a flv video which is another dilema.
need to hide the player controls, but still need the video to left justify.

The left-aligned Wilco image you're referring to isn't coming out of the body of the post, it's called using custom fields. Check out the tutorial video.
