Customising the 'More' sidebar widget

Hey! All posts in a certain category (1008 again!) need to have include links to posts with certain tags. Right now the More sidebar we have 'more from the author' and 'more from this category' but can I adapt one of these so it pulls in some specific tags into that sidebar area? |
