Custom Header Not Appearing

Hello, I can't seem to get my custom header to show -- I've uploaded my image (http://itsrealtome.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/IRTM_header.png) and have checked the box "only use background image", but all I get is the default #333 (http://itsrealtome.com/?page_id=59) background. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I. |

Also, the elemental logo, as beautiful as it is, appears on every page except for the front one. It would be great if I could hide that altogether. Thanks again. I. |
